Job description
The Manager of Regional Sales is responsible for managing and directing sales personnel and processes to grow business with existing customers and generate new business opportunities within an assigned region. This role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving profitability goals through effective team management and strategic planning. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. •Forecast and establish annual sales objectives for products, customers, and territories. •Manages and Directs work of functional team, including hiring, corrective action, performance appraisals and pay review, budget and processes. •Ability to lead and motivate a large team, manage performance, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment in accordance to Wurth basic principles. •Implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge, including new employee onboarding. •Manage workforce planning, staffing, and labor relations to meet operational requirements. •Collaborate with internal business partners to align sales goals with organizational objectiv...
