About Harvest Moon Baking Company Harvest Moon Baking Company (HMBC) was born in 2006 in Denver, Colorado. What started as a homegrown bakery has stayed true to old-school baking traditions ever since. ABOUT THE ROLE: - The Production Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of all production processes, as well as monitoring quality standards and costs and providing administrative support. Duties include, but are not limited to, inventory, production scheduling, team member scheduling, and team member organization.
