Job description
You will operate as an analyst with responsibilities for accurately evaluating customer and transactional information, taking appropriate action to protect the company against the risk of economic sanctions violations and sanctions evasion activity in accordance with applicable regulations. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring that assigned processing is performed according to the standards set for the by Citizens Sanctions policy in addition to government and industry regulations. You will work in a team environment, participate in and help develop training materials, make recommendations for process efficiencies, and perform due diligence. Primary responsibilities include: Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials - Analyzing, researching and decisioning OFAC alerts. - In consultation with AML supervisory staff provides feedback in the development of strategies to alleviate operational issues and ensures compliance within the area of responsibility; makes recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures. - Report and submit necessary documentation as required. - Creating and maintaining appropriate files which...
