Posting expires: April 1, 2026 Salary range: $68,156 - $90,988: General Description and Classification Standards: The Project Manager I (Technical Services) is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities and special projects for construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participates in conceptual development of a construction project, oversees personnel actions and decisions, and manages schedules and budgets. Has formal project management and/or skills development responsibilities. Provides Information Manager, Safety Officer, Project Controls/Schedule Manager, Permit Coordinator, and Land Acquisition team to review work in progress and deliverables to ensure the project is within budget and on time. Supervision Received: Works under general supervision, with the ability to work independently depending on the organization structure.
