Crew Leader, Erosion Control

Job description

Requirements: - Manage a crew of 2-3 laborers on a daily basis - Manage and complete work such as silt fence installation, hydroseeding, underdrain installation, manhole punch work, bond release items, asphalt patching and crack sealing - Operate mini-excavators and skid steers to perform daily job functions - Complete daily paperwork including but not limited to daily job tickets, time sheets - Trench/Excavate - Load and unload construction materials - Respectfully Communicate directly with Client Representatives, Superintendents, and Project Managers - Super Silt Fence, Silt fence, seeding, punch work, or under drain experience preferred - Valid Driver’s license - Experience driving a truck with trailer - Ability to lift 50lbs - Eligible for employment in the United States - 3 years’ construction or landscaping experience - Experience with Bobcats and/or mini excavator - Silt fence or under drain experience preferred - Reliable transportation Physical Requirements: Employee must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
