About the role: In this hands-on maintenance role, you will conduct preventative maintenance on all plant and equipment, ensuring smooth operations within the grading and warehouse areas. You’ll respond to breakdowns and liaise with the team to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Your tasks will include refurbishing parts, cleaning machinery, and maintaining a tidy working environment. You’ll provide regular reports to the Site Manager and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly production meetings.
