Worker Type Regular: Job Description: Summary: The Product Success Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Product Success function supporting both the Electronic Warfare (EW) and RF Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (RF CUAS) portfolios. Product Success sits at the center of the AV sales cycle — touching every stage from market research and demonstrations through onboarding, operator support, renewals, and upsell. This Coordinator role drives the logistics, tracking, documentation, and coordination work that allows senior Product Success personnel, Engineering, and Business Development to focus on strategy, customer relationships, and technical delivery. This is a high-visibility, high-cadence role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on managing many moving parts simultaneously: tracking loaned and fielded systems, coordinating event logistics, scheduling training, managing renewal pipelines, maintaining product documentation, and ensuring nothing slips between the seams across a global customer base.
