Your Opportunity, Your Team: - The Learning Lead supports HSN by delivering PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment training and providing on‑the‑floor development that strengthens team member performance across the fulfillment center. Where You'll Work: - This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location each day. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. - You will report to the Learning Manager. What You'll Do: - Provide hands‑on PIT equipment instruction to ensure each team member is trained and able to operate equipment safely, and verify ongoing compliance with certification requirements. - Develop training materials, job aids, and learning tools to ensure accuracy, and clarity. - Partner with the Learning Manager to identify performance gaps, recommend training interventions, and support process‑change rollouts. - Maintain training records, track learning act...
