Donor Experience Officer (DXO) DESCRIPTION: The Annual Giving team at The Citadel Foundation is seeking a passionate and driven Donor Experience Officer to join our organization. This position combines digital-first communication efforts with innovative workflows to build relationships, execute outreach to alumni and friends of The Citadel. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Actively engage and manage a portfolio of over 800 prospects - Cultivate relationships with these donors via email, phone, social media, video conferencing, texting, and EverTrue's cloud platform - Work toward clear metrics and goals for outreach, donor meetings, dollars raised, donor count, prospect qualification, and engagement - Develop and maintain broad knowledge of The Citadel, such as admissions, athletics, academic programs, and alumni engagement activity - Provide information on The Citadel relative to donor interests and share upcoming opportunities to attend events, volunteer, participate in alumni activities/services, or otherwise deepen their engagement with The Citadel - Work closely with the Director of Annual Giving to help develop and manage goals and strategy for The Citadel Foundation's Annual Fund - Perfor...
