This individual will work primarily in the outpatient clinic setting and will also participate in inpatient rounding and support surgeons in the operating room, as needed. The position requires direct clinical management through utilization of approved protocols and procedures as well as appropriate medical consultation. The APP will work closely with the physician team and other APPs to deliver excellence in quality care and patient experience. The qualified APP will show evidence of comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills and problem-solving abilities, and commit to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care.
