Overview The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Public Agency & Municipal Law Practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to seven (7) years of experience in civil litigation - preferably defending public entities, including law enforcement agencies and their officers, in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings - including at least two (2) years of experience preparing and responding to written discovery, conducting related meet-and-confer sessions, preparing related motions, and taking/defending witness depositions. Although trial experience is a bonus, it is not a requirement. Admission to the California Bar is required.
