The Commercial Sales Intern supports the Commercial Sales team in driving business-to-business (B2B) growth by assisting with sales activities, customer engagement, and account support. This internship provides hands-on exposure to commercial sales operations, including field experience through ride-alongs with Outside Commercial Sales Representatives and collaboration with Inside Sales teams. This role offers an opportunity to gain real-world experience in prospecting, customer relationship management, and sales execution while learning how commercial sales strategies support Batteries Plus customers and store operations. What You'll Do: - Assist in identifying and researching potential commercial customers within assigned territories. - Support lead generation efforts through outbound calls, email outreach, and data research. - Help prepare account plans, sales materials, proposals, and presentations for customer meetings. - Participate in ride-alongs with Outside Commercial Sales Representatives to observe territory management and customer engagement strategies. - Observe and support the commercial sales process from prospecting through closing. - Maintain accurate customer reco...
