Job Description: The Machine Tool Retrofit Technician provides solution-oriented technical and commercial support to customers. Primary responsibilities include installation and training on Renishaw machine tool products at customer facilities. The work involves extensive travel within Canada and occasional international travel. Essential Job Duties: - Field based installation of all Renishaw machine tool products. - Retrofit of Renishaw hardware to CNC machine tools. - Provide knowledge transfer of new software techniques and programming techniques. - Provide customer training of Renishaw macro software and PC based probing software. - Assist regional sales engineers with technical and marketing needs. - Interact with all market channels and develop relationships...
