We are currently seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee operations at a manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic. Our client is an international industrial organization specializing in advanced materials processing and heavy manufacturing, operating across Europe, Asia, and North America. This role offers full operational and financial responsibility for the plant and plays a key part in driving further growth and efficiency. Responsibilities: Full responsibility for the plant’s P&L performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving EBITDA targets. Lead daily operations of metal recovery and alloy production lines, ensuring production targets and operational KPIs are consistently met.
