This position is ECB status – requires a minimum number of worked hours per month as needed by the department; limited benefit offerings. Nights: ECB: Work shift: 7:00pm-7:00am; work schedule: variable, including weekends Job Summary: Provides patient care to an assigned group of patients, either in the radiology holding area or during patient transport, utilizing basic skills and knowledge. Observes patient's condition, activities, and needs and report's any changes to the patient's condition. Performs procedural tasks such as transporting and special assignments Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED. Completion of the Saint Francis Hospital Nurse Technician Training Program or completion of a patient care course/program such as Home Health Aide (HHA), Advanced Unlicensed Assistant (AUA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or completed at least one semester of nursing school. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire. Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience.
