Position Type: Part-time, adjunct, in-person only Compensation: $850 - $1000 per credit, based on adjunct faculty rank (determined by education and experience) Location: NHTI Concords Community College, Concord, NH Overview: NHTI is seeking a qualified adjunct faculty member to teach a variety of history and political science courses. Course offerings may include topics like History of NH, US History 1870-present, US History to 1870, Western Civilization, and Western Civilization Antiquity to 1650. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Minimum: Master’s degree in history, political science or a relevant field Experience: Prior teaching experience required and familiarity with Canvas (or similar LMS) preferred Residency: Must reside in New England Position Responsibilities: Course Delivery: Provide instruction using curricula aligned with department and program standards. Student Engagement: Foster active learning through discussions, assignments, and assessments.
