About the role: The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting the hiring needs of Divcon across Operations, Engineering, and corporate functions. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, including field operations, technical, engineering, project management, and corporate positions, while building and maintaining sustainable talent pipelines.
