We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Sales Manager to join our Caribbean Cluster Sales Team. This role will support these properties: The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for driving group room night and event revenue across this portfolio, with a strong focus on the corporate incentive travel market. The ideal candidate will excel at developing and maintaining a robust client base through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and proactive sales efforts across the MW and West U.S. markets and select vertical accounts. - InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa - Six Senses La Sagesse, Grenada - InterContinental Grenada (opening in 2026) Your day to day: Targets group accounts, markets, or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation.
