Job DetailsJob Location: The Glen at Lake Oconee Village - Greensboro, GA 30642Salary Range: $25.50Summary: Responsible for enhancing and improving the SRIM experience specifically in heartful care for our residents and their families. Demonstrates and promotes SRIM’s core value of the golden rule. Treating residents, families, visitors and associates in the same way we would like to be treated. Performs assigned nursing procedures for the comfort and will-being of residents such as assisting in admission of new residents, assisting with activities of daily living when needed. Administers specified medications. Supervises non-licensed nursing staff and participates in the evaluation of non-licensed staff by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Demonstrates excellent decision-making skills and can understand the impact of those decisions.* 2.
