Horace Mann is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Solutions Analyst to support our Group and Supplemental insurance business. This role uniquely combines advanced data analysis with hands-on product configuration within a vendor-based quoting platform. The Sales Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that product design, pricing strategies, and underwriting guidelines are accurately translated into quoting outputs that enable informed sales decisions. This position partners closely with Sales, Underwriting, Product, and Operations to optimize quoting accuracy, support new product launches, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Pricing, Modeling & Analysis: - Develop pricing and scenario models in collaboration with Underwriting to support sales strategies and product positioning. - Analyze data and quote performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies. - Provide analytical insights that support decision-making for complex or high-value sales opportunities.
