General purpose: The Performance Space Assistant is responsible for providing technical assistance in MICA Performance Spaces, assisting patrons at events by performing duties, such as collecting admission tickets and passes from patrons, assisting in finding seats, searching for lost articles, and locating such facilities as rest rooms, and assisting the Manager and Assistant Manager of Performance Spaces in their duties. Summary of Essential Functions: Under some supervision, execute assigned work including setting up and running events. Assist with the maintenance of the Performance Spaces and its environs Provide technical assistance at events. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Regular assignment as the Falvey Hall, BBOX, and A Box primary technician for AV, light and sound.
