Overview This role will oversee all aspects of the RV Park Operations and manage the team of Outbounders and guests who visit the RV park Responsibilities: - Overseeing guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations for RV sites - Providing high‑quality customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining guest satisfaction. - Handling guest inquiries, providing resort and local attraction information, and responding promptly to complaints. - Ensuring hospitality standards are maintained across all interactions. - Conducts regular inspec5tions fo the RV sites facilitities, ublic areas to identify safety or maintenance issues, compliance with resort policies and local/state or federal regulations - Supervising, training, scheduling and leading the team members who support the RV park and ensuring that the RV park grounds are kept clean and guests are taken care of and happy Qualifications: - 2+ years Prior RV Park Management experience - Experience manage a team
