This position will report to the Accounting Manager and interact with other members of Finance and Internal Audit. Essential Job Functions: - Reconcile ACH transactions - Reconcile bank accounts - Reconcile investments - Reconcile data between various systems - Run system reports utilized in closing cycle - Maintain and update schedules needed for closing cycle - Assist with monthly analysis (G&A analysis, account fluctuations, etc.) - Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries - Upload Accounts Payable data to the General Ledger - Run consolidations at various levels - Fulfill external auditors requests - Assist with preparatio...
