SUMMARY: As a Manufacturing Engineer II at Wilson Tool, you will be responsible for optimizing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing of Wilson Tool products. This includes training, mentoring, and coaching the engineering and operations teams in regard to the principles and methods of operational excellence, developing performance metrics, optimizing product flow, and driving a culture of continuous improvement by defining and implementing continuous improvement activities for various operational or business areas. This role will contribute to the growth of Wilson Tool by demonstrating leadership in conveying operational excellence principles, developing and implementing global operational excellence standards.
