Create your best future and join Westpac as a Manager, Business Controls and Monitoring What’s the role?: As a Manager in Business Controls and Monitoring, you’ll help keep Technology moving fast and safely. You’ll work closely with Infrastructure, Service Management and Architecture teams, along with our broader BCM community, to spot risks early, make sense of them, and turn them into clear, practical advice people can act on. You’ll be right at the intersection of technology, risk and delivery, supporting first line risk activities and helping ensure we stay within the Group’s risk appetite. From day to day operations through to change initiatives, you’ll help teams make confident decisions while building a strong and positive risk culture. You’ll also contribute to improving how we work, including using automation and smarter reporting to simplify risk processes. This is a permanent, full time role based in Sydney, Warrane, Gadigal Country, with a hybrid working model that supports flexibility and balance.
