FLSA: Exempt JOB TITLE: Manager of Trolley Maintenance DEPARTMENT: Trolley Maintenance REPORTS TO: Director of Trolley Operations and Maintenance JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Trolley Maintenance Department. Coordinate and manage the daily functions within the department. Accountable for inspecting repairs and maintenance of equipment and coordinate service for repairs and equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLILITIES: - Provides direction for the daily operations of Trolley Maintenance Department; manage and organize necessary activities, programs and objectives to meet and evaluate department goals. - Assists with establishing and implementing procedures and work methods for the department and employees and continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures. - Implements the Trolley Maintenance Department programs; such as Trolley Rehabilitation, Preventative Maintenance programs, etc. - Evaluates departmental personnel through job performance evaluations.
