Program Manager, Data Center Construction

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - 2 years of experience with technical teams across project management, engineering, and construction of data centers or mission critical facilities. - 2 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. - 2 years of experience managing vendor relationships. - 2 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems. - Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, and scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals. - Knowledge of design and construction industry standards, including design-build processes, associated agreements, and facility electrical and mechanical systems. - Understanding of start up/commissioning processes.
