Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic professional to lead data & complex project workstreams, focusing on pension risk transfer initiatives, including annuity purchases, plan terminations, and data assessments, but extending to complex retirement projects involving multiple workstreams and lines of business. This role involves end-to-end project management, technical skills, financial oversight, client engagement, and mentoring of junior team members. The ideal candidate will also support operational and sales activities, contributing to pricing, pipeline management, and financial reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the data workstream for annuity purchases, plan terminations, data assessments and remediations, including project management, financial management, client communication, and review and presentation of results - Solution and plan for complex retirement projects that involve multiple workstreams and internal teams. - Utilize technical and analytical skills to create solutions and project plans complete work that leverage junior team members - Mentor and train others regarding data workstreams for derisking transactions - Assist with operational support and sa...
