Job Purpose or Objective(s): Serve as an advocate, case manager and coordinator of services in situations involving child and family matters. This location could be housed in Durant or Atoka Pay : $28.25: Schedule : Regular/Full-Time - 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday Wage access is an option for this position. Primary Tasks: - Interview clients and assess social and emotional needs and determine nature and degree of services needed. - Provide individual case management, advanced specialized treatment planning and intervention. - Manage cases of tribal members, collaborate with tribal prosecutor's office, and attend court hearings. - Monitor cases to ensure that state agencies and state courts comply with and where applicable, any tribal, state, and federal guidelines. - Help communication between Choctaw Nation and outside agencies/courts to provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes for Choctaw children. - Identify, document, and make referrals to resources available within the community and the Choctaw Nation to meet the needs of Choctaw families, and assist families with access to resources. - Develop case plans and maintain confidential client files and materials organized, promptly a...
