Salary: £46,142 - £48,226 per annum Hours per week: 37 hours: Fixed term: 12 months: Interview date: Wednesday 3 June 2026 Join our HR & OD Team as an OD Consultant and be at the forefront of helping the council develop a flexible, highly skilled and capable workforce. This is a 12-month role focused on supporting major change activity across our core transformation areas, helping services simplify how they work, improve outcomes for residents, and build a high-performing, joined-up organisation. Our OD and Change Team are responsible for transforming our Identity into a dynamic lived experience where continuous learning, employee experience, and effective change come together to drive development, innovation, and success. Our goal is to ensure we have the right people, with the right skills and attitudes, in the right jobs, at the right time. You will work directly with services, and programme leads to deliver change across our key focus areas, including how we run the council, improve resident experience, strengthen value for money, and make better use of data and technology.
