The role is heavily centered on the design and execution of structured programs, including the management of comprehensive onboarding and offboarding workflows. By coordinating complex logistics—such as pre-boarding paperwork, workstation setups, and initial training workshops—the Partner ensures every new hire is efficiently integrated. Similarly, they manage the full exit process, facilitating knowledge transfers to maintain team productivity and analyzing feedback to drive organizational improvements. This position serves as the program lead for specialized CORP and Intern initiatives, directing the full lifecycle of these talent cohorts through structured development and engagement.
