JOB SUMMARY: Is responsible for the efficient management of all administrative services, facilities, and construction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure the proper construction, remodeling, maintenance, and repair of all bank-owned and/or occupied facilities in a responsible, cost-effective manner. - Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of bank vehicles, mobile and hard-wired generators, furniture, Multi-function Copiers, fixtures and non-IT equipment in a safe, cost-effective manner that minimizes down time and/or disruption of services. - Ensure all Facilities-related conversion tasks required as part of any Merger and Acquisition are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner. - Ensure the proper storage and re-issuance of surplus bank F.F.&E. as well as the elimination of items determined to be obsolete or non-repairable. - Manages all requests for internal repairs and staff support, prioritizing and assigning work internally if possible, utilizing outside contractors when not. - Ensure the bank's fax and alarm telecommunications operational activities and systems in a cost-effective efficient manner. - Ensure the onboarding of any new vendors and annual r...
