Valiant is looking for an Instructor/SME to join our team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide support with USG course development and implementation. - Design, oversee and coordinate hands on training exercises. - Act as a technical SME - Act as a mentor to new USG officers - Coordinate multi-office training exercises. - Individual works with our government client course director and their management with identifying, recommending, and implementing changes to the course content and course materials using feedback obtained from students, and/or other members of the Contractor and government teams. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with polygraph required at time of application PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
