The NP works in collaboration with plastic surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to manage preoperative assessments, postoperative care, and patient education, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction. Job Description: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history, physical exams, and surgical assessments. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging and lab work relevant to plastic surgery. Assist in surgical planning and provide preoperative counseling on procedures, risks, and recovery.
