What we are looking for We are looking for a Field Services Superintendent who will be responsible for the day-to-day activities on-site with regard to project scope, schedule, manpower, and budget. This includes leading and coordinating the entire onsite SCS team members. This person will be the primary onsite leader that is in close communication with clients. How you can make an impact - Understand project scope/plans, specifications, schedule, budget, contract documents, and deliverables. As necessary, review with PM to discuss out of scope hours that are being requested by the site. - Responsible for ensuring that all required logs and mobile tools are being utilized and completed daily with detailed information. - Familiar with subcontractors work scope, costs, and time limits. - Interact with Clients in regards to sensitive and technical matters. - Attend all required onsite meetings and provide clients updates on work completion and take their direction on implementing work tasks that may be assigned by them. - Provide assistance in setting up accounts with local hardware stores, rental companies, etc. - Plan daily work schedule for crew. - Complete inspections on equipment...
