Application Engineer - Commercial Motors

Job description

About the role: This role serves as the technical liaison for raving fans and highly valued customers by translating customer drawings, specification, and RFQs into product solutions that meet customer and business needs. Education: - Coordinate expertise and recommend solutions from cross-functional teams to application and performance enquiries from customers related to Induction and EC motor applications in the Commercial motors field. - Interact with sales team and sophisticated customers on applications to translate customer requirements to product specifications/designs and provide valued Techno commercial proposals. - Help resolve product issues at the customer and in the field by working with customer and field sales team. - Provide inputs to product engineering and New Product Development team on Commercial motors applications, customer requirements to design and/or improve products considering manufacturability, quality, reliability and cost - Lead in capturing voice of customer and development of product specifications.
