Job description

The HR Director, Operations for EMEA Region serves as the strategic HR business partner to the Vice President Operations, EMEA, Vice President Procurement EMEA and their respective leadership teams. The HR Director would be responsible for driving the talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, VOS and Labor & Employee Relations (L&ER) agenda across the Operations & Procurement organizations in EMEA. This role will also directly lead the HR teams across key manufacturing sites across EMEA. The role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to lead through influence, provide operational excellence, drive global and regional initiatives and enable a high-performance, inclusive culture across EMEA operations and Procurement. The role will report to Vice President HR EMEA, dotted line to Sr. Director HR for global Operations and will be a member of the EMEA and global operations HR Leadership teams.
