Provides mentoring and guidance to front office staff. The Medical Specialist Coordinator will have met all the expectations outlined in the roles for Front Office Assistant, Senior Front Office Assistant, Associate Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant and Senior Medical Assistant. The Medical Specialist Coordinator will have maintained the highest level of professionalism and performance by receiving exceeds or greater on annual performance appraisals and remaining free of any active formal disciplinary process.
