We are seeking an experienced Compliance Inspector to conduct property inspections and manage violations for a portfolio of associations in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. The Community Compliance Inspector performs driven inspections of all areas in communities to ensure the Governing documents are being complied with. As an inspector, you are responsible for communicating and monitoring infractions of the deed restrictions. Inspectors must have excellent organizational and observational skills, attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, knowledge of Association governing documents, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and must be comfortable with using tablet software. Responsibilities: - Inspector will work inside and outside of the office. - Drive throughout the community and inspect the property and common areas.
