Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: $7500 sign on bonus for external candidates Pay Range: $30.10-$48.15hr: Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. Position Purpose: - Provides scrub duties during surgical interventions under the direction and supervision of the physician and the registered nurse. What you will do: - Participates in and enhances the surgical care provided by the surgical team during the pre-operative phase of patient assessments through teamwork. Assists intra-operatively with technical skills and post-operatively across the department to provide positive patient outcomes.
