The Role We are looking for an organised, proactive and values driven Temporary Staffing Lead to cover maternity leave within our People & Culture team. This role plays a vital part in keeping our services safely staffed. You will lead the day to day work of the Bank Team, working closely with managers, services and external partners to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. It’s a hands on role where you’ll be visible, approachable and involved.
