As a Lending Transaction Associate within PNC's Commercial Lending Operations organization, you will be based in Denver, CO; Pittsburgh, PA; or East Brunswick, NJ. Core hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am EST – 5:00 pm EST. The Lending Transaction Associate will support syndicated loan activities across the full deal lifecycle, with an initial focus on learning Business Credit UK (BCUK) and Syndication Support functions prior to assuming trade closing responsibilities, with the goal of cross‑training for broader coverage. Responsibilities include booking and servicing UK syndicated loan deals in ACBS, performing reporting and servicing, and supporting ongoing trade maintenance.
