Peer Provider (Wellness) Job Overview Location/Schedule: This position is located at the Garlington Health Center in NE Portland, OR. The schedule for this position is 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Position: Peer Provider: Program: Wellness: Cascadia’s Mission and Vision: Mission: Cascadia Health delivers whole health care – integrated mental health and addiction services, primary care, and housing – to promote hope and support the well-being of the communities we serve. Position Description: The Peer Provider will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support treatment for individuals in an integrated healthcare setting, maintaining a Trauma-Informed Care approach. Given the high prevalence of trauma among clients, the Peer Provider must understand its impact on health, coping, and other life areas.
