JOB SUMMARY As a Co-op, you will be part of the team from day one and given training and tasks that are important and impactful to our projects' success. Success in this role depends on the Co-op’s initiative and teamwork skills. A successful Co-op will effectively apply fundamental technical concepts to real-world challenges, adhering to departmental best practices, and consistently planning and communicating work efforts. The Co-op will contribute to delivering world-class technology solutions within a diverse, collaborative, and high-performing technology team. McKenney's has a long history of success in hiring Co-ops and supporting their evolution into industry leaders. Many of our current senior leaders began their journey in the Co-op program. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - User Support: Assist office and field employees with IT issues. - Hardware Management: Maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and rugged field equipment. - Software Support: Install/update business apps (e.g., Microsoft 365, Procore, Bluebeam). - Networking: Install, configure, and troubleshoot connectivity at offices and jobsites. - Security & Compliance: Ensure cybersecurity, access controls, and IT poli...
