Job Description: An opportunity for FLIGHT LINE A400M PRODUCTION DELIVERY MANAGER has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla). RESPONSIBILITIES Your main task and responsibilities are: Production engineer focused on Build Process / Performance Tracker adherence in Flight Line. Guidance to foreman in order to balance the resources according to related needs per production shift. Strengthen information transmission between different production shifts for a proper work continuity in the workshop. Unblock production issues to accomplish the daily plan. Aircraft planning responsible leading daily industrial meeting. Station focal point for daily activities with ME (system and process), quality, crew, production control and the rest of functions involved. Time-Keeper with foreman and overall short-term planning coordinator of station. Prepare next daily tasks and planning of works (people, tools, jobcards and aircraft conditions ready to carry out the job) Support the continuous improvement and the Operational Excellence in the area.
