We’re looking for a highly organised Sales Trust Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a detail-driven role at the heart of the business, managing trust account processes, supporting settlements, and working closely with agents, solicitors, and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly and compliantly. You’ll need to be confident on the phone, proactive in your approach, and comfortable handling sensitive information. What you’ll be doing: - Managing daily trust account processes including deposits and reconciliations - Verifying transactions and resolving discrepancies - Maintaining accurate records in Agentbox and Xero - Liaising with agents, solicitors, and purchasers - Opening and closing investment accounts in line with instructions - Coordinating settlements, disbursements, and invoicing - Supporting commissions and internal processes - General administration and inbox management About you: This could suit someone from property management looking for a more structured role, or a strong administrator/bookkeeper who enjoys precision and process. - Strong attention to detail — you love getting things right - Highly organised with strong administration skills - Conf...
