We’re looking for a Security Administrator within Physical Security Services & PACS Administration to join us at Telia. I’m Sofia Eskils, Strategy and Process Manager for Physical Security , and together with the team I’m looking for new colleagues who enjoy structured work, collaboration, and making a real contribution to high security standards. We’re a close‑knit team working hands‑on with Telia’s physical security operations across Sweden. What you’ll do: You will be part of the operational team that handles incoming cases within Telia Sweden’s physical security function. Manage incoming security-related cases via email, phone, and support systems Handle access management, including physical access requests and key administration Support incident handling, follow-up, and revisions within physical security systems Monitor, control, and follow up on security systems such as CCTV and intrusion alarms Coordinate administratively with external security suppliers Act as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders regarding physical security matters Your work focuses on maintaining Telia’s security levels while delivering a high level of service.
