ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: West Hollywood store: Status: Full-Time, Part-Time: Compensation: $20.50-$21.00/hr + Commission(s): Position Summary: The Kith Client Advisor is a very important piece of the client’s in-store experience as well as the overall operations of the store. Through best-in-class service, the Client Advisor ensures customers have a consistent, genuine, and quality experience while in our store(s). Acting as a brand ambassador, the Client Advisor plays a key role in helping create and maintain an organic and enjoyable overall customer experience. By providing authentic and curated after-sale communication, the Client Advisor seeks to foster and grow client relations to drive sales. The Client Advisor supports company and management initiatives/direction, while always adhering to the brand’s policies and procedures. Client Advisors are scheduled to flex schedules and hours are given based on the needs of the business.
