Position Summary The Analyst, Global Benefits, reporting to the AVP, Global Benefits, provides broad-based full-service administrative support to Corporate, Regional, and Site Directors of Human Resources for the North America Segment at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW). Responsibilities include supporting the organization’s benefits, including but not limited to, health and welfare, retirement and stock plans, paid time off, state regulatory leaves, wellness program initiatives and more. This role ensures that employee benefits comply with state and federal regulations and meet the needs of the employees and the company’s benefit programs. This position serves as a point of contact for Corporate, Regional, and site Human Resources professionals, as well as Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) associates. Responsibilities include answering questions about benefit plans and administration, providing guidance, completing related documentation, conducting research and resolving basic inquiries, and escalating more complex inquiries and issues internally as appropriate.
