Job Overview Under appropriate guidance, ensure that personal administration and HR processes are executed in-country in full compliance with local labor legislation, Core HR standards, and corporate policies. Key Responsibilities: With limited guidance, deliver comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across assigned service areas, business units, or functions. Independently manage HR-related inquiries and collaborate with senior HR team members and line management as required to address complex issues. Manage employees in accordance with organizational policies and applicable employment laws, including responsibilities related to hiring, terminations, sick leave/absence administration, maintenance of personnel files and HR documentation, proactive tracking of expiring contracts, employer statements and references, operational support for local HR communications/intranet content, and employee relations matters. Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with HR specialist functions and Centers of Excellence, including HR Shared Services Tier 1, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Benefits teams.
